PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

The data collected is processed by the Owner for the following purposes:

(a )"Contact Us" service: responding to inquiries made by the data subject.

Legal basis for processing: fulfillment of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject.

b) Newsletter and e-mail marketing activities: sending advertising and/or promotional communications related to the company's products and services.

Legal basis for processing: specific consent of the data subject.

(c) Soft spam activities: sending advertising communications of products or services similar to those already purchased by the data subject/customer.

Legal basis for processing: legitimate interest of the Data Controller

(d) "Become a reseller" service: recruitment of external resellers.

Legal basis for processing: fulfillment of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject.

e) "Become an ambassador" service: recruitment of spokespersons to promote the "FS Franceschini Boots Milan" brand.

Legal basis for processing: fulfillment of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject.

 NATURE OF THE TREATMENT

The provision of personal data is optional.

Any refusal to confer them in whole or in part will produce the sole effect of not being able to meet the request of the interested party and carry out the provision of services.

ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA

Who has access to personal data?

• Employees of the company AMAHORSE TRADING S.R.L. as data processors, specially trained by the Data Controller.
• The company managing the website and/or computer services, appointed as the external data controller.

• Companies and consultants working with the Owner specially appointed as external data controllers by the Owner.

The updated list of data processors can be found by making a request to the Controller by e-mail.

TRANSFER AND DISSEMINATION OF PERSONAL DATA

Will the data be transferred or disseminated?

Data collected through the site may not be transferred to third countries, outside the European Union.

Personal data will not be disseminated.

PROCESSING METHODS AND DATA SECURITY MEASURES

Data will be processed using electronic and paper-based tools.

All appropriate security measures for the protection of personal data will be put in place, and all appointees will be specially trained to comply with security procedures.

 DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The data provided for the activity the newsletter and e-mail marketing activity will be retained until the data subject exercises his or her right to revoke the express consent, and in any case no later than 24 months after the collection of such consent.

Withdrawal of consent will have no further negative consequences for the data subject and will not affect the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

The data collected as a result of the data subject's request for information will be retained until the request is processed, but no longer than 24 months after the data is collected.

The data collected in the "Become a reseller" or "Become an ambassador" sections will be kept for the duration of the pre-contractual relationship established, but no longer than 24 months after the request.

 

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

The data subject is entitled to exercise the rights set forth in Articles 7, 15-22 of European Reg. 679/2016.

In particular, for processing based on consent, he/she has the right to revoke it at any time, by means of the tools made available during the provision of services or by communication to be sent by email to marketing@hamaorse.com

In the same manner, the data subject may obtain from the Data Controller confirmation of the existence or non-existence of his or her personal data and their provision in an intelligible form; he or she has the right to request access to the personal data concerning him or her, receive the personal data provided to the Data Controller and transmit them to another Data Controller without hindrance (so-called portability); obtain the updating, restriction of processing, rectification of data and the deletion of data processed in breach of the applicable regulations.

The data subject also has the right, for legitimate reasons, to object to the processing of personal data concerning him or her and to the processing for the purpose of sending advertising material, direct sales and for carrying out market research.

He also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante della Privacy as the personal data protection supervisory authority by e-mail, at: garante@gpdp.it, by fax: 06 696773785, or by mail, to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, located in Rome (Italy), Piazza di monte citorio n. 121, cap 00186.
